OPTICAL SPIN-RAM
The "Memory Wall" has been shattered. Nitrogen- Vacancy (NV) Diamond Lattices provide non-volatile storage with an internal optical bandwidth exceeding 120 Petabytes/second.
ANTI-STOKES CRYO-LATTICE
Thermodynamics, inverted. Onboard lasers bombard the Ytterbium-doped core, extracting thermal phonons and converting heat into light. The harder it works, the colder it gets.
